Geometric Modern Theory

This work is made with professional acrylic paint and ink. It’s 16 inches tall by 20 inches wide on gallery wrapped 1.5 inch thick canvas. The sides are painted yellow.  

 Inspiration: This work is inspired by imagery from The German Expressionist art movement that was before WW1. I took the angular, harsh imagery and put a colorful spin to create a bold, more positive expression to the work.
