This work is made with professional acrylic paint and it’s 30 x 40 inches on gallery wrapped 1.5 inch thick canvas. 

Inspiration: 

In 2014 I did my masters and I studied film theory in Wales, UK. It was when I was studying film I started painting.

“Super 8” is my newest painting, named for the 8 you see in the composition.

Super 8 film became a top film choice for contemporary artists in the 70s due to its affordability. This painting is another ode to the influence that film and tv have on my work.
