INSPIRATION: This series of tiny paintings is inspired by my very first creative outlet: drawing with crayons. Each original is named after one of my favorite crayon colors from childhood, a small tribute to the memories that first taught me to see the world through color.![]()

The orchid color was always my go to color when I was a kid. A mix between purple and pink, and I think about it often when mixing colors today. I use this color in my work a lot, and it amazes me I’ve had this love for a color for as long as I can remember.
