Inspiration: One of the best parts of being an abstract artist is I take blank canvases and turn them into realities of my own making. I got lost in this painting as I was creating it, which is a good thing. Lately, with a lot going on in my life, I tend to get stuck in some pretty bad anxiety ruts. Paintings like these help me forget that I’m anxious because I focus on the fictional landscape before me and create a place I want to jump into.
