This is an acrylic and oil painting on gallery-wrapped canvas, it's 20 inches tall by 16 inches wide, and it comes wired and ready to hang on your wall. 

Meaning: When I was a kid, this was my favorite quote:  Shoot for the moon, if you miss you’ll land amongst the stars. It felt like a promise that dreams were worth chasing, even if they didn’t unfold exactly as planned.

When I was a senior, my parents surprised me by taking a page out of my yearbook and filling it with a collage of photos of me alongside those words. They knew me so well, they knew that quote was perfect. 

This painting is a reminder of that belief I carried with me then and still carry now. That aiming high is never wasted, because even in the falling short, there is beauty, light, and stars waiting to catch you.
